Instructions for oral presentations
Authors of oral presentations are totally free in the design of their presentations. If possible we would prefer to receive the presentations as PowerPoint Presentations. Please note: Due to new beamers and and screens in the lecture halls presentations should/can have the format 16:9 instead the old 4:3! If you include videos or sound recordings please make sure that they are embedded properly. The length of your oral presentation is given on the site program per days: Please note: a) Sessions including a general discussion: If your lecture is part of such a session, your time given for the oral presentation is the pure speaking time. But: If presenters overun this time no general discussion for all presentations will be possible. b) Sessions without a general discussion: If your lecture is part of this type of session the time given includes time for Q&A/discussion of your oral presentation. So if 100 % of the time are used for the oral presentation itself, there will be not time left to ask any question.
